Amazon Rain Forest Abiotic Problems:
· When the Amazon is dry and has low humidity It causes, and is more likely to have Forest Fires. · The Amazon Gets 9 feet of rain every year. So when it rains to much, the soil could erode and not be able to carry out its niche. · The instability of the abiotic clay soils of the Amazon basin make it difficult to put down abiotic roads. Amazon Rain Forest Biotic Problems: · The lianas, (which are thick vines that grow and climb Trees to reach sunlight in order to survive) connect to multiple trees after reaching the trees canopy which means when one tree falls they all fall. Causing the death of many biotic factors. · Strangler Figs, (which are long roots that wrap around a tree from above) suffocate their biotic host tree, which kills the tree leaving many biotic organisms without an home. Why are These Problems in the ecosystem ? These problems are in the ecosystem because all these factors have to be in the ecosystem in order for the ecosystem to stay standing. If one factor was took away the ecosystem would fall apart. |
